Built by a CPA Who Lived the Problem

Angelo is a CPA, so he knows firsthand what tax professionals deal with every day. He has worked the long hours, used the clunky systems, and watched talented teams waste countless hours retyping numbers into outdated software — often older than the people using it.

After years at local tax firms and the Big 4, Angelo teamed up with Akash to build the solution they believed tax professionals deserved. They founded Luca IQ to replace repetitive manual work and aging legacy software with modern technology designed around how firms actually operate.
